Which browsers are supported?
Modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge work best. Processing large PDFs may require more memory on mobile devices.
Will Compress PDF always make my file smaller?
No. Compress PDF recompresses embedded images in your browser. Image-heavy PDFs often get smaller. A text-only PDF, or one whose images are already compact, may stay the same size or even come out larger. When the result is not smaller, the download is your original file.
Can I use these tools offline?
After the page and libraries have loaded, processing happens on your device. A network connection is still needed to load the site initially.
